In South Africa, girls often face difficulties during menstruation, including access to hygiene products. Lack of easy access to sanitary products can negatively impact students’ participation in sports and everyday school activities.
The main goal of the Go Diva platform is to promote sustainable and eco-friendly sanitary products amongst young women in schools. We urge the public to donate reusable pads and menstrual cups which we can use to educate the girls in proper sanitary hygiene and uses.
Challenge
A common and significant challenge we face is the ability to provide sanitary products to young women.
Idea
Sanitary products is one of the most important aspects our young women need to live a healthy and happy life. We wish to promote feminine hygiene and donate sanitary products to young women who are struggling.
